Three plays to make it stick:

1. Seller-side incentive — listings with a Tended Report get more inquiries. Prove this data early and word spreads through real estate circles.

2. Buyer-side demand — teach buyers to ask "does it have a Tended Report?" the same way they ask for a CARFAX. This is your long game.

3. Agent adoption — one real estate agent who recommends it to 20 sellers = 20 new users + organic credibility. Target agents as a growth vector, not just homeowners.
